Jayne is our Managing Director and has been instrumental in the growth of Medicare since 2009 when she purchased the business.  Jayne’s background in sales with large corporate companies has enabled her to have the vision to allow Medicare to compete with the large nationals in this industry but ensuring that communication with customers is paramount.  You will often hear Jayne saying “there are no pre-recorded phone messages in this business just people talking to people”.  Jayne is really passionate about this business and whilst her commitment is to grow Medicare she also is always seeking new innovative products and services to ensure that she is offering her customers the best in class.

Jade joined Medicare in 2015 and is a key member of staff to the running of the business.  Jade plays a vital role in the organization by placing orders, arranging quotations, advising on products and services, and liaison with the servicing operatives ensuring all routes are running smoothly.  Jade is your go to person for all queries as her ability to remember everything from EWC Codes to customers likes and dislikes within the business amazes us all and often people will say “ask Jade”.  She lives and breaths Medicare and we recognize her as the main integral part of our organization so if you are looking for any advice then this is the lady to call.

Alison is our Accounts and Payroll Controller and has been an integral part of Medicare since 2009.  Alison is great with customers and responds quickly to any accounts queries you may have. Should you need copy invoices, statements, then Alison will be quick to respond.

Steve has been with Medicare from the very start ensuring the smooth running of the operational side of the business.  Steve is committed to Medicare being the best in class when it comes to servicing and with a fantastic team of service operatives under him it has allowed us to compete for some fantastic contracts.  Steve, as well managing the operational side will often be out and about servicing as he enjoys being on the job and supporting the service operatives on route when days get busy.

Jon has been with Medicare from the very start and we are lucky to have such an experienced, loyal and knowledgeable member of staff.  Jon has been in the washroom and clinical services industry for many years and has been instrumental in lots of our customer renewal contracts because of his excellent service and commitment to always ensuring they are happy with his work.

Terry specializes in our clinical and medical waste collections.  ADR trained Terry will always go above and beyond to help customers when servicing and nothing is too much trouble.

Paul joined Medicare having come from the vending services industry.  Paul already understands the needs of customers having an on time, first class service from his past experience.  Paul is ADR accredited and has experience in our washroom services as well as clinical and is very conscientious about his job and always listens to his customers requests when carrying out servicing.

Rob joined Medicare having worked in a warehouse dealing with recycling of hazardous waste.  He has a good understanding of waste which is vital in our clinical waste services.  Rob will always go above and beyond to help in all aspects of the business and is a great team player.
