A Recognition Well-Deserved

We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for  “Cannock Chase Business of the Year”  at the Royal Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield & Tamworth and Cannock Chase Awards 2024.

The achievement of just being shortlisted is a credit to all the staff for their commitment, hard work and loyalty in making Medicare the company it is today.  The honor not only recognises their achievements but also serves as a motivation to continue their journey towards even greater heights.

We believe this recognition is also a reflection of the past and the future.

The past we remember the challenges we faced during COVID with Medicare staff being on the frontline servicing the COVID infectious waste from the Care Home industry.  This was an unknown time for the world of what we were dealing with and staff put themselves at risk by handling potentially infectious waste to ensure the safety of our clients.  Every driver volunteered to carry on working to ensure that we continued to clear down this waste whilst office staff remained on site ensuring routes were scheduled.

The future is our drive and determination to be best in class, always looking for innovative solutions to offer our customers and taking into account sustainable products as part of our portfolio. We continue to grow as a business generating employment locally and striving to be a reputable business within Cannock to work for.

The awards ceremony will take place on 26th January 2024 at The Belfry.
